This practical guide provides an overview of the three phases of the Project Approach:

1.    Beginning a Project,
2.    Developing a Project
3.    Concluding a Project.

It explains why structure is an essential ingredient of project work.  The reader will learn about using five structural features throughout the three phases of a project:

4.    Investigation
5.    Display                          

Strategies for planning, developing and evaluating project work are discussed.  Examples are provided illustrating the kinds of work product the teacher can expect to develop with the students.
